Sending your order
We will do our best to dispatch your order within 24 hours, any items
out of stock you will be notified via email and offered the option to
send at a later date.
Returns and refunds policy
Our 14 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy
with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition
within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will issue a full
refund for the price you paid and will be notified by email of your refund.
Special order policy
Please note that whilst we aim to display the most accurate product availability
possible, occasionally products can go out of stock or become out of print/discontinued.
When you place an order with us for a product we do not have in stock,
we endeavour to source that product for you from our suppliers. i.e a
specific tartan. We will inform you of the estimated time to source the
product if extended, or if we are unable to to source the product at all.
